The Northumberland Arms was built in the 1820s by Hugh Percy 3rd Duke of Northumberland as a Coaching Inn and has now been fully renovated to an extremely high standard. The 6 deluxe rooms capture the charm of Northumberland with a muted countrified colour palette of greens mauves and purples; beautifully and opulently furnished to the highest standard imaginable. Rooms (named after local landmarks) house Travertine tiling freestanding 'couture' Victoria and Albert bathing facilities in some rooms and all with large walk in showers. Complimentary robes spring water Bari infused teas and products from The White Company are available in all rooms as well as sensor lighting terrestrial TV telephone and complimentary breakfast which is served in the Cromwell Restaurant from 8.30am until 10.30am daily. Wholesome mouthwatering menus are served by our talented team of Chefs using locally sourced premium ingredients wherever possible. A la Carte dining is available Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and 9.30pm Friday and Saturday. Sunday Lunch is available from 12 noon to 5pm then Bar & Grill menu (including 2 roasts) from 5-9pm.
