Davison's Camp is beautifully situated in south-eastern Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe's premier wildlife destination and conservation area. As one of the few camps located within park boundaries, Davison's offers total privacy, while the Linkwasha Concession, in which Davison's Camp is found, offers a compelling mix of diverse wildlife, ensuring one of the best nature experiences in Africa.
Lion, large herds of elephant, buffalo, leopard, white rhino, spotted hyaena, southern giraffe, sable, blue wildebeest, impala, common waterbuck and reedbuck are all found on the concession. The highlight here is the large open plains where one can see large numbers of game.
Summer wildlife viewing is excellent with wildebeest, zebra and eland found in abundance on the plains. In winter the waterholes are magnets for elephant with up to a thousand coming down to drink at each waterhole.
