Cottage Le Casaline rests on the edge of the small Roman hamlet of Messinano and looks onto its quaintness. Within its own enclosed garden it is five hundred metres above sea level with remarkable surrounding vistas.
The garden is laid to lawn and trees and apart from a covered, furnished terrace at the entrance of the house, there is a covered and furnished gazebo on the lawn. The cottage is well furnished, very comfortable and an outhouse has a washing machine. Within 800 metres is a grocery store for immediate shopping. From this strategic position it is possible to explore the ancient cities of Umbria with ease. Spoleto, which was a Roman colony is approximately 13 kilometres distant and held here annually is Europe’s leading arts festivals during June and July. Todi, first Etruscan and then Roman looks down over the Tiber valley 15 kilometres away. From the rail station just 3 kilometres away, Rome centre is reached in an hour and ten minutes. Ground floor: Sitting/dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen with hob, oven and fridge. Two double bedded rooms. Shower room with WC.
