Strand house is situated in a prime spot on Padstow harbour, all the rooms have stunning views across the quay and over the Camel Estuary. The house has been thoroughly and lovingly restored to create three beautiful guest rooms, Bolitho, Huxley and Trelawney. You don't need your car when visiting Strand House as everything including Ricky Stein's Restaurants are quite literally on the doorstep. All the meat served at Strand House is bought from Padstow Farm shop, where all the animals are reared at Tregirls Farm overlooking the Camel Estuary. The eggs are free range and also come from Tregirls Farm. There are many fine restaurants and Pubs in Padstow, needless to say, Rick Stein's restaurants come highly recommended, and they are all within easy walking distance of Strand House. Strand house is 300 yds from the commissioner's car park on the Harbour front. They charge �5- 50 for 24hrs. There is also a council car park 4 mins walk away where a weekly rover pass can be purchased before arrival for �36 00
