In 2000 these buildings underwent a transformation and have been tastefully and comfortably converted whilst maintaining historic charm. Situated in an attractive hillside position with magnificent far reaching views over the estuary of the River Taw to Saunton Down and also up to the hills of Exmoor. The sandy beach of Instow is only 2 ? miles away. Bed & Breakfast: A double/twin bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; A double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower; A single room with additional pull out bed; A private sitting room is available for B&B guests use. Self Catering: This was originally the feeding barn which has been converted to provide comfortable accommodation sleeping up to 7. It has a very spacious living area with wonderful far reaching views, a well equipped kitchen and is of a high standard throughout. Fishing: Tim, your host, is a passionate fly fisherman who offers a full guiding and tuition service for salmon, sea trout and brown trout on the North Devon rivers. He specialises in night fishing forays for sea trout, one of the most exciting and challenging fishing experiences.

B&B guests have the use of a cosy sitting room with a TV, some board games and jigsaws as well as plenty of books both refrence and novels. Guests are most welcome to wander or relax in the large garden which has a abundance of birds and wildlife to watch. All guests are given a front door key so they can come and go as the please.

Directions:
Come off the M5 at junction 27 signed Barnstaple A361 for 35 miles. On outskirts of Barnstaple exit roundabout on to A 39 to Bideford. Go straight over next 3 roundabouts. Before Torridge Bridge turn right off A 39 to Instow B3233. At roundabout take second exit signed Instow. After passing Tapely Park entrance turn right signed Huish ? mile. Drive 1 mile beyond Huish, until T junction on a bend. Turn right, signed Holmacott and after approx 60 yds you will come to ?Huish Moor ? on left.
