Getting to the Hotel: Turin Airport to Montgenèvre is only 75 minutes by road. Geneva and Milan Airports are 2 hours 30 minutes by road. Grenoble, Lyon and Chambery airports are 2 hours drive away.

Local Tips: Montgenevre is a rather low-key ski resort with plenty of restaurants but only a few bars and a couple of nightclubs. This is one of the reasons, along with good childcare, that Montgenevre is a popular resort for family ski holidays.

FACILITIES:

Dining: Village Club du Soleil at Montgenevre is booked as  All Inclusive light accommodation beginning at 5.00pm day of arrival and 10.00am on the day of departure. There is a restaurant area for adults and families with children over 11 and a Restopuce area for children under 6 and from 6 to 11 with the children's coordinators. You may also order picnic meals to take with you in skiing days (order the day before). Aperitif games, themed nights, dance nights, cabaret, shows, and much more are planned by the Village Club's entertainment team (with a concert hall).

Activities: The Village Club offers cardio training, step, stretching and relaxation exercises. The Alpine skiing package starts from the day after arrival to the day before departure on the trans-border ski slopes of Montgenèvre-Mont de la Lune. Guests can enjoy a free day at the Milky Way - Franco-Italian Ski Resort (400 km of slopes – subject to snow cover and resort opening schedule) and a Grand Galaxy day that gives access to a day of skiing in each of the following resorts: Serre Chevalier, Alpe d'Huez, Les 2 Alpes, Puy St-Vincent. The hotel has guides that can organise and accompany you on snow shoe "trapper" hikes (adults only).

For the Kid's: Kids Clubs operate 6 days/week throughout the season with a baby day care centre for little ones aged from 3 months to under 2 years. Club des Coquins is for children aged from 2 to under 4, Club des Malins for children aged from 4 to under 6, Club des Copains, for children aged from 6 to under 11, and Club Jeunes for pre-teens and young people from 11 to 17.

Room Facilities:

The Village Club du Soleil at Montgenevre features 173 comfortable rooms set across two 6 storey buildings (with lifts) that can accommodate 3 to 5 guests. All rooms have a shower, toilet, telephone and flat screen television with internal channel. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. Housekeeping and sheets are changed once a week. Free baby cot on request (one per room for kids up to 2 years old included).
