The apartment is embellished by colourful floors and walls that bring the '70s-'80s back to life.\nOn the right of the entrance you find the corridor leading to an informal dining area with a balcony (with box room and boiler room), and to the small kitchen, fitted with oven, fridge, microwave and electric kettle.

The kitchen has a window offering marvellous views of the Quirinale (the Italian presidential palace).\nOn the left is the living room, furnished with a sofa bed (190cm X 110cm), a TV corner with DVD player and a dining table for up to 4 people. From here you step out onto the terrace -overlooking Via della Mercede- furnished with a table seating up to 6 and a sun umbrella.\nThrough a wrought-iron door you move from the entrance hall into the night area: the master bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), a single bed, a small table perfect for a quick breakfast, a big closet and a sunny window opening out onto the terrace; the second bedroom -with views of Via della Mercede- is across from the master bedroom and has two single beds, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The big bathroom is equipped with tub, hand shower and washing machine.\nBoth the living room and the master bedroom have air conditioning.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities.
