It was in 1996 when Joana & Gabriel Oliver Moragues, brothers and inheritors decided to recover and restore one of the oldest houses of Mallorca and turn it into a Hotel/Agrotourism in order to maintain it alive, as it had been since century XIII. The Hotel/Agrotourism offers the guests the chance to experience a few days in a unique and authentic place of the island of Mallorca, sorrounded by nature and history. The old spaces were recovered into ample apartments, which are sorrounded by private forests and vineyards. The Possessió maintains the old cavalryentrance and the eighteenth century Gothic arch.
One of the jewels of the house is the vaulted wine cellar where we some of the wines are currently stored. Make an excursion through the forest and arrive to the abandoned church of Castellitx, take some bikes and follow the ciclyingroutes on the area, enjoy the tipical mallorquinish food at the famous traditional restaurants in Algaida, discover the traditional cakes and sweets at the bakery of the village, help during the grapeharvest and during the wineprocess or drive until the monastry at Cura mountain and enjoy the views of the whole island.
