Please note that this home is located up a steep driveway and during the winter months a 4WD or an AWD with chains is recommended. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. In order to book this property you must be over 25 years old. This villa is 100% non-smoking. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.(Fee subject to change)If applicable to your reservation, the $149 Accidental Damage Protection Fee paid protects you from paying for damages totaling up to $3,000.
