Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.(Fee subject to change) If applicable to your reservation, the $149 Accidental Damage Protection Fee paid protects you from paying for damages totaling up to $3,000.
