Customer Support Agents – Temporary contract

Due to our continued success we are now looking to recruit some exceptional and experienced temporary Customer Support Agents to be based in our Kingston upon Thames office.

Our busy office operates Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

Key responsibilities

  • As a Customer Support Agent, you will be required to investigate and action enquiries, concerns and requests from customers who have already made a holiday booking via our Sales department or our website.
  • To act as first point of contact for all post reservation.
  • To liaise with internal departments to ensure that the customer's query is resolved within agreed timescales.
  • To attend training to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • To undertake ad hoc admin duties as required.

Education Training and Qualifications

  • Education to GCSE standard (or equiv) required with a minimum grade 'C' in both Maths and English.

Experience

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures obtained through working in an office environment.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Knowledge of a European Language is desirable.

Hours available

A variety of shifts will be offered based on the business needs including the possibility of full time hours.
