Mobility Description:
The B&B rooms are situated on the first floor with stair access. Access to the main house is also via a gravel area and stone steps. The B&B is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The self catering cottage can be accessed via the garden which has a small grass area and then concrete patio. The ground floor sitting room has double patio doors for easy entry to the cottage. Ramps can be supplied with notice. The bathroom twin bedroom sitting room and kitchen are all ground floor so it is ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs. There may be difficulty with wheelchair access to the bedroom from the hall as there is not a lot of turning room.

- Breakfast at Highfield House can be taken in the elegant dining room or the bright and airy sunroom depending on guests preference and the time of year.
