The studios consist in two complexes which stand one close to another and are built in the same architectural style and possess similar interior decoration. The hotel is 300m from the beach, 500m from the port Kamares, near the town centre Kamares, 5 km from the town centre and 5 km from the health centre. They dispose of 15 studios fully-equipped, with kitchen, television, air conditioning and large verandas which offer a panoramic view over the bay of Kamares.
