Accommodation vouchers
Answer:
Once your accommodation booking has confirmed, you will be forwarded by email an accommodation booking confirmation. However, you will not receive your accommodation voucher until the balance of your booking has been paid.
If you have not received your accommodation voucher upon full payment of your booking, please access your booking using the Manage Your Booking facility on our website and login using your accommodation booking and name. You will then be able to print your accommodation voucher which you will need to present to the hotel.
Alternatively, you may call our Customer Support department on 01 536 0820 which is open Monday to Friday from 8am – 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am – 6pm.
