If your booking reference begins with ‘SCH’, this means that your flight is booked with a scheduled airline. To confirm the hold baggage allowance of a scheduled airline, you can log onto ‘My Trip And More’ or ‘Check My Trip’ which is shown on your flight booking confirmation.

If you are not booked on a scheduled flight and your baggage allowance is not mentioned within the table above, please access the Manage Your Booking facility on our website, and login using your booking reference and name.  You will then be able to raise a CSR (Customer Support Request).  We will action your request within the next 2 business days.  Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.

Alternatively, you may call our Customer Support department on 01 536 0820 which is open Monday to Friday from 8am – 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am – 6pm.
