Answer:

Whilst we do our very best to confirm your chosen travel plans with the providers within seconds,  we do experience on rare occasions that this could take a little longer.

We advise that booking requests could take up to 12 hours to confirm with the providers.

Should you not have recieved your booking confirmation with provider's reference number after the initial 12 hours have passed, please check your booking details on the Manage Your Booking section of the website as further information may be available there.
