Things to know about your hotel booking...
I have called the hotel and they do not have a booking for me. Why?
Answer:
We understand that in some cases, you may wish to contact your accommodation directly before you travel. If your hotel is unable to locate your booking in your name, this is not something to worry about. Travel Republic acts as an agent for your booking, and the accommodation providers that we book through usually only tell the hotel how many rooms they have sold and they do not release the guest names until 1-2 weeks prior to check in. However, we can of course contact your accommodation provider and request for your names to be released early to your accommodation.
To request the early release of your names, please access the Manage Your Booking facility on our web-site, and login using your accommodation booking reference and name. You will then be able to raise a CSR (Customer Support Request), advising that you wish for your names to be released early. We will action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
